"i-it's always been my dream to get torn up by a monster. . . !"

i made a proxy oc and xe doesn't know how long xe's been out in this forest, but xe doesn't care bc it's somehow better than where xe used to be.

this is andy douglas, a slenderman proxy with a serious oral fixation who's actually been missing for a year now after being abducted by the slenderman to proxify. surprisingly enough, the slenderman's abduction of xem seems to have saved xem from further harm, as xe was being emotionally and sexually abused by xyr girlfriend. she's still fervently looking for xem, apparently, so xe stays in the woods to avoid her entirely.

xyr xe's has no chill and can seem pretty cocky and egotistical at times, but xe often relies on xyr peers to affirm that xe is a Good Person and can definitely be very codependent on them sometimes. xe enjoys video games, hot chocolate, and all kinds of stories when xe can indulge. xyr favourite games are, at the time being, mobile phone games. it's nice to have something to do while waiting for your next objective.

despite the name "careless", xe's extremely competent and  knows how to get shit done quick and efficiently. xe really knows how to get into the zone both in and out of "proxy mode" to the point that "proxy mode" is a second skin to xem. as an active proxy roaming around the woods without an objective, xe wears a blindfold that's thin enough to see out of, but thick enough to cover xyr eyes, as xyr eyes are the only really unique identifying thing about them, physically. andy acts as a sort of lure for more "short-term" meals while slenderman is having its odd sort of fun on its own with long-term prey, and xe often wanders about pretending xe's lost in the woods while looking for xyr cabin. on the way there, xe'll talk about how xe's been seeing a strange tall man around xyr home and that xe's been very scared. xe'll then try inviting you inside. xe'll do anything to keep you with xem. it's why xe's called "careless", after all. xyr sense of self-preservation is almost nonexistant. the second phase involves the slenderman "attacking" the cabin and the prey being abducted for meat or proxydom. strangely enough, andy doesn't wear their blindfold while doing this, as xe's sure that whoever sees xem alive will die soon anyway and wont be able to "tell on xem".

it's almost a symbiotic relationship between slender and andy. andy gets shelter and safety while slender gets free food. it's a win-win.

xyr biggest dream at the moment is to be lovingly torn into bits by a monster, or so xe says. it's hard to tell because, due to xyr abuse, xe uses heavy flirtation as a coping device. (but xe does have an genuine and very obvious crush on what xe sees as xyr "saviour". despite even seeing it do the horrifying eldritch abomination things it can do, xyr interest has only heightened from the first time it ripped its own face open to eat. xe hopes to impress xyr "Slendery" so deeply that it knows no other way to express its love for them except to tear them apart. slowly, so xe can feel everything, of course.)

xyr ideal ending, character development-wise, would be for xem to stay alive and realize that xe actually is worth something and for xem to be surrounded by friends who love xem and don't want to use xem for cheap tricks.
