You're very average; your sunken eyes are a dull burgundy, your hair is a tangled mess of brown curls, and your skin, while naturally dark, has taken on a sickly tone. You're too short, and you appear to have been gaining some weight. It's not much, just mainly around the chest area, and just a tad on your stomach, but it's still an unneeded addition.
You are very average, so, today you've just thrown on a loose, button-up sweater on top of a dress shirt and black pants. You just haven't been in the mood to dress up like you used to, and you don't even put on a tie of any kind.
You feel your overall worth as a person begin to sink, but you, strangely enough, don't care.
As you leave your bedroom, you sigh quietly in relief that someone at least has standards low enough to accommodate you.
And those standards, of course, would be no standards.
Only someone with no standards would call this meeting a 'date', but you still smile to yourself as you leave out

The Oracle, however, was sitting at his window with his elbows on the windowsill and his head propped up on his hands. A small smirk was curled on his lips as he was turned in the general direction of the Mageking sitting on the grass.
"What's wrong, Silvestri?", the blindfolded Oracle laughed, "The door's wide open for you."
Destati sighed heavily and started making demself comfortable in the spot de was sitting in.
"Zania, just clean the salt up."
"Salt?", Zania asked, smirk growing into a grin. "What salt? I don't see any, so just come in."
"Of course you don't see it, Zania," Destati replied in exasperation, putting des head in des hands, "You're blindfolded."
Destati could hear Zania start to half-laugh, half-cackle at dem.
"What are you going to do if I don't clean it up? Smack yourself into it again?"
Zania's laughter intensified, and Destati only

This was one of those times.
"What's wrong, Starry Sky?", xe asked. "What are you so afraid of?"
Harleistia sighed deeply and rubbed vois temples.
"I'm not afraid of anything", voi retorted, "You've just been without a kingdom to tend to for too long, and it's starting to show."
Laughter echoed from the ocean-blue god despite xem having no mouth to laugh with.
"I don't need another kingdom, and I most certainly won't become an underling like Vhalshei..."
Harleistia cringed somewhat upon being reminded of vois blunder in the protection of Nezperdia, but it was true. Voi was merely existing on a thread at this point, and vois powers had been severely limited since the Demon Mageking's attack on vois temples and sacred grounds.
Lithius smiled inwardly.
"So, it's true?"

The other party-goers were only staring at him and Sam in shock, amusement, and slight terror. Travis had fainted from fright, and the host, Seymour, was holding him, Destati was staring on in unmoved disdain at Sam and Zania after making sure Travis was alright with Seymour, and another young lady- a friend of a friend who was here just to be here -was handing Ceazar a fifty dollar bill with an annoyed look on her face. Ceazar flashed Sam a proud grin and stashed the fifty in his pocket.
And Sam looked at Zania, seeming to not care that those around them just witnessed the mainly irritable, but still quiet enough not to be too threatening, Briton suddenly lash out at a young lady for trying to touch Zania non-platonically.
They had pulled the woman away from Zania by her hair, first of all. Her attempts to get Sam to stop had caused most of the others to perk up from what they were doing to watch. And as Sam drag
